Time writes, "Against the odds, Brightline is betting that fast trains traveling between Miami and Orlando, and Los Angeles and Las Vegas, can find plenty of passengers" and the magazine seems to believe that it's a winning proposition. It quotes the founder as saying that the all-electric L.A. to L.V. train "marks the beginning of the construction of the first true high-speed train in America,” which could launch the start of a new era of European-like rail travel.
